At Illusions Lingerie, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags and hygiene seals intact within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective hygiene strips are still attached and undamaged.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality assurance team verifies the condition of the garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
